Insurance & Superbill
I do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a superbill upon request if you would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance plan. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed.
Location
I offer both telehealth and in-person therapy. For telehealth sessions, clients must be physically located in California at the time of the session. In-person sessions are available at my office in Anaheim, CA 92807.
Frequently Asked Questions
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been going on recently, and some of the experiences or patterns that may be connected to it. You don’t need to prepare or tell me everything at once — we’ll take our time and start with what feels most important to you.
Most clients meet with me weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy. As things improve and you feel ready for more space between sessions, we may move to every other week.
There isn’t a fixed timeline. Some clients come in for support around a specific stressor or life transition and find that shorter-term therapy is enough, while longstanding patterns or complex trauma may take more time.
Yes. I work with trauma and take a trauma-informed approach. We won’t rush into difficult experiences before you’re ready, and we’ll pay attention to what feels manageable as we go.
For therapy, you must be physically located in California at the time of each session because I am licensed in California. If you’re temporarily traveling outside the state, please let me know so we can plan around your sessions.
Yes. I offer in-person sessions at my office in Anaheim, CA 92807, as well as telehealth throughout California.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the session fee ($100 for individual therapy and $125 for couples therapy). Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee ($200 for individual therapy and $250 for couples therapy).
Our first session is together. After that, I typically meet with each partner individually for one session so I can better understand each person’s history, attachment experiences, and perspective on the relationship. We then return to meeting together, with additional individual sessions considered during therapy when clinically appropriate.
I may not be the right therapist for you if you are seeking crisis or emergency care, formal psychological evaluations or court-related documentation, or if you need a higher level of care than outpatient therapy can provide. If another type of support would better meet your needs, I’ll discuss that with you and provide referrals or resources when possible.
